Nausheena Hussain's work is centered around uplifting and supporting the Muslim community, especially Muslim women.

She is the principal of Nissa Consulting, which is dedicated to providing services to Muslim-led nonprofits and organizing Muslim philanthropy. In addition, this avid reader is the co-founder and former executive director of Reviving the Islamic Sisterhood for Empowerment.

When Nausheena isn’t working in her community, the new Saint Paul & Minnesota board member is studying to gain her doctorate in Philanthropic Leadership from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI).
