The Saint Paul & Minnesota Foundation today announced that Ashley Gam has joined the Foundation as the new AVP Director of Investments.
Ashley will work closely with Shannon O’Leary, Chief Investment Officer, at the Saint Paul & Minnesota Foundation, on all facets of oversight and management of the Foundation’s $1.7 billion investment portfolio and will provide leadership within the investment team and Foundation. She will co-lead the Foundation's investment manager sourcing and screening efforts and will lead the due diligence process with selected managers.
"We are thrilled to welcome Ashley to Minnesota and the Foundation,” said Shannon. “Her leadership experience and her commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion efforts within the investment space make her an ideal fit for this important role.”
Since accepting the position at the Foundation, Ashley says she’s excited and honored to get started and help support the community.
“The Foundation’s reputation is strong, and I look forward to joining a team of purpose-driven leaders,” said Ashley. “The investment team’s work supports ongoing grant making, program related investments, and impact investing—all of which are providing critical capital to the community. Additionally, the Foundation is a trailblazer in terms of influencing DEI adoption in the investment industry.”
