The Saint Paul & Minnesota Foundation today announced the election of four new members to its Board of Directors. The new board members are: Thompson Aderinkomi, Andre Creighton, Allison Gettings and Christine Marvin.
“We welcome new board members who bring both seasoned expertise from their respective industries and a strong commitment to our local Minnesota communities,” said Board Chair Dr. Joseph Lee. “Their commitment to our purpose to inspire, advocate and invest to advance community visions will contribute greatly to growing programs and increased impact across Minnesota.”

Thompson Aderinkomi MS, MBA, is a healthcare leader dedicated to improving access and affordability. He is the CEO and co-founder of Nice Healthcare, a technology-enabled integrated care clinic that brings healthcare services directly to patients' homes. A passionate advocate for systemic change, Thompson co-founded Healthcare.mn, a thriving community for healthcare entrepreneurs. He also served on the inaugural board of directors for MNsure and currently serves on the board of Youthprise. Thompson holds degrees in Economics, Statistics, and an MBA from the Carlson School of Management.
Andre Creighton is the Chief Financial Officer and Head of Revenue Operations at PB&J TV. Andre is an innovative finance leader with a proven track record of driving success in high-growth companies. With over a decade of experience in public accounting, corporate finance, and startup leadership, he leverages data and technology to optimize financial performance, manage risk and fuel strategic decision-making. As co-founder and CFO of TurnSignl, Andre led the company's rapid expansion and secured significant funding. A dedicated community leader, he serves on several boards and coaches high school football, reflecting his commitment to mentorship and giving back.
Allison Gettings is the president and CEO of Red Wing Shoe Company, a leading work, safety and lifestyle footwear and work apparel company headquartered in Red Wing, Minnesota. As the fourth generation to take on the private business, Allison is passionate about carrying on Red Wing Shoe Company’s legacy of making a difference in people’s lives in today’s ever-changing environment with bold transformation and heart. Allison received her B.A. in psychology from St. Olaf College, her M.B.A. from Carlson School of Management and enjoys the continuing education she receives from her two children.
Christine Marvin is the Chief Marketing and Experience Officer at Marvin, a fourth-generation leader at the family-owned company. As CMXO, she spearheads Marvin's brand growth strategies across product, pricing, experiences, services and channels. Born and raised in Warroad, Minnesota, Christine has over 15 years of leadership experience at Marvin and serves on the company's senior leadership team and board of directors. Passionate about community development and youth engagement, she dedicates her time to volunteering for various causes and non-profit organizations. Christine earned a B.A. in psychology from Macalester College and an MBA in integrated marketing strategy from the University of Denver.
