Allison Gettings is the president and CEO of Red Wing Shoe Company, a leading work, safety and lifestyle footwear and work apparel company headquartered in Red Wing, Minnesota. As the fourth generation to take on the private business, Allison is passionate about carrying on Red Wing Shoe Company’s legacy of making a difference in people’s lives in today’s ever-changing environment with bold transformation and heart.

Allison received her B.A. in psychology from St. Olaf College, her M.B.A. from Carlson School of Management and enjoys the continuing education she receives from her two children.
