Minnesota has long maintained a reputation for high levels of voter turnout, volunteerism and civic engagement, with many Minnesotans valuing being informed, involved and active in their community’s critical civic issues. This webinar will feature Minnesota leaders who are deeply involved in some of the issues people in our state and around the country are navigating.
From book bans and free speech to civil liberties and voter engagement, this event will offer insight into how some of Minnesota’s leading voices are ensuring we have a healthy and accessible democracy.
Joining the webinar are leaders from Black Civic Network, Gender Justice and the Loft Literary Center, who will share their perspectives on key democracy issues as well as how they and their organizations are creating greater opportunities for all Minnesotans.
