As Enterprise Solutions Lead, Marquita Cammon works to ensure seamless processes and procedures that are purposeful in inspiring generosity, advocating for equity and investing in community-led solutions. Before joining the Foundation, Marquita worked in public administration and nonprofit grants administration for Greater Twin Cities United Way and the City of Minneapolis.

Marquita is active in community, having volunteered for Saint Paul’s Human Rights and Equal Economic Opportunity Commission and the Department of Human Services’ Cultural and Ethnic Community Leadership Council for the State of Minnesota. She is also an alumna of Parent Education Equity Fellowship with Voices for Racial Justice.

Outside of her work, Marquita enjoys time with her family, working with young people, cooking, watching movies and learning about other cultures.
