Mark Henneman is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Mairs & Power, Inc., Minnesota’s oldest investment firm under private ownership and management. Mark had previously been CEO, President and Chief Investment Officer, Executive Vice President and Vice President since joining the firm in 2004. From 2006 through 2020, he was either the Co-Manager or Lead-Manager of the Mairs & Power Growth Fund. Prior to Mairs & Power, Mark held investment management positions at U.S. Bancorp Asset Management (now Nuveen Asset Management), Advantus Capital Management (now Securian Asset Management) and The St. Paul Companies (now Travelers Companies).

Mark earned a BA from Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, Minnesota and went on to graduate with an MBA from the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Mark lives in Saint Paul with his wife, Terri, both long-time residents of Minnesota. Their three adult children and three grandchildren all live in the Twin Cities. He is deeply committed to his community and currently serves on the Board of the St Paul Downtown Alliance. In the past, he has served on the Boards of Ordway Center for the Performing Arts and Union Gospel Mission, Twin Cities.
