For two decades, the Facing Race Awards have honored Minnesotans building a more just and equitable future. This October, we're marking that milestone with a joyous, immersive evening of music, food and entertainment — and an insightful and compelling conversation on race and belonging with a special guest.
Heather McGhee, author of the New York Times bestseller The Sum of Us, will join Chanda Smith Baker, President & CEO of the Saint Paul & Minnesota Foundation, for a conversation on what racism costs all of us, and what's possible when we choose a different path.
